Who we are

NSW Learners Test (nswlearnerstest.com) is run by Webrich Software, the publisher of The Learners Test app. If you have a question about your data, contact us.

What this website collects

• Google Analytics 4. We count page views and a few events, such as starting or finishing a practice test, or clicking an App Store or Google Play badge. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and receives your IP address, which Google uses to estimate an approximate location.
• Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. These measure which pages are visited and how quickly they load. They do not use cookies.
• Advertising attribution. If you arrive from one of our ads, the campaign details in the link (for example utm_campaign and gclid) are kept in your browser's session storage for that visit and added to the App Store and Google Play links. That lets the stores tell us which campaign led to a download. They are not sent anywhere else.
• Quiz result emails. If you ask us to email your results, your email address, the quiz name and your answers are sent over HTTPS to our results-email service at webrichsupport.vercel.app, which sends the email. We may use the address to tell you about The Learners Test app. We do not sell it or share it with other companies.
• Contact form. Messages you send through the contact form (your name, email address, subject and message) are delivered to us by Web3Forms. We use them only to reply to you.

Cookies and the notice

The cookie notice remembers that you have seen it, using your browser's local storage. Google Analytics runs whether or not you dismiss the notice. If you do not want to be counted, block cookies for this site in your browser, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

Third-party links

• App stores. Download badges take you to Apple's App Store or Google Play, which have their own privacy policies.
• Government websites. We link to NSW Government sites for official rules. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your personal data.
• We don't store your answers to the free practice tests. They stay in your browser until you leave the page, unless you ask us to email them to you.
• We don't ask you to create an account on this website.

The app

The Learners Test app has its own privacy details on its App Store and Google Play listings, and in the Webrich Software privacy policy at webrichsoftware.com/privacy.html. On iPhone and iPad, your progress syncs through your own iCloud account, not our servers.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, such as a contact message or a quiz-result email address. Contact us and we will reply within 30 days.
